Eloi Desjardins

Biography

Éloi Desjardins is a lawyer who practices primarily in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance in the Corporate Law Group at our Québec City office.

He assists his clients in a transactional context, supporting them in corporate reorganizations and completing various commercial agreements.

He has participated in several significant transactions in the computer services and high technology sectors and frequently advises companies in the video game industry.

Before joining DS Lawyers, he completed his law studies at the University of Laval.

REPRESENTATIVE MANDATES

• Representing and advising a TSX-listed oil exploration company in an arranged transaction that was seeking a merger to help develop a liquefied natural gas plant in Nova Scotia;
• Representing financial institutions in the financing of business and commercial aircraft;
• Representing and advising clients in the sale of a majority interest in a petrochemical plant in Montreal's east-end
