Frédéric Madore Nadeau

Biography

Frédéric practices in business law, commercial law and civil litigation at the Quebec City office. In his practice, he assists business clients in their projects and in the various stages of their company's development.

His various mandates in business law have led him to be involved in several transactions that include the purchase and sale of businesses, the negotiation of commercial agreements and the implementation of option-based incentive plans for employees and consultants.

He also assists his clients in all phases of litigation that may arise, whether by representing them before the civil courts or in negotiating settlements.

Prior to joining DS Lawyers, Frédéric completed his law studies at Université Laval, where he interned with two Superior Court judges and also had the opportunity to represent South Africa at the National Model United Nations in New York (NMUN).

Representative Mandates

• Represented an e-commerce client in a private equity financing;
• Representation of clients in the manufacturing field in the purchase and sale of businesses
• Representation of clients in the agricultural field before the courts in litigation matters.
