Frédérique D’Amours

Biography

Frédérique D'Amours is a lawyer in the Business Law Group at the Québec City office. Her practice focuses on transactional law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate reorganizations.

She advises businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to medium and large private corporations, on various business law issues, including selling and acquiring businesses in provincial and national transactions. She drafts commercial agreements, such as letters of intent, share purchase and sale agreements, shareholder agreements, confidentiality agreements, loan agreements, service contracts, etc.

D'Amours holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Laval University, International Program. In the fall of 2016, she completed a study session at the University of Montpellier in France. She joined DS Lawyers in 2018 as an articling student and then as an associate after completing her articling period at the Bar.
