Mitchell Steele

Biography

Mitchell Steele’s practice focuses on corporate/commercial, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. Mitchell has experience working on transactions across Canada and the United States.

Mitchell received two J.D.s through the joint degree program between the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy and his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Western Ontario. He joined Burstall LLP as an associate in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in-house at a downstream energy company.
