Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy – Own the Narrative

Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote service offerings.
Create compelling content (posts, videos, stories, and more) tailored to each social platform.
Collaborate with associates to enhance their online presence.
Align social media strategy with overall brand goals.

Platform Management – Be Our Digital Voice

Manage and monitor the firm’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Schedule and post content using social media management tools.
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Analytics & Reporting – Turn Data into Action

Track key social media metrics such as engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions.
Analyze performance data to optimize social media campaigns and strategies.
Prepare quarterly reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights.

Campaign Execution – Go Beyond the Ordinary

Collaborate with the international team in the design and execution of social media campaigns and international content.
Plan and run paid social media ads, optimizing them for performance.
Keep up to date with industry trends and apply best practices to social media campaigns.

Website & Intranet – Shape the Digital Experience

Collaborate with the international team, website developers and designers to ensure the website is visually polished, clean and modern.
Work with stakeholders and the team to ensure an intranet that is intuitive, trendy and informative.

Qualifications and competencies

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, ideally in professional services.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Proficiency in graphic design, intranet development, or website management (an asset).
Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Fully bilingual in French and English.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing strategies is an advantage.
