2025-NP01E – Non-For-Profit Organizations: Full program – Compliance with Law 25

05 June 2025

Whether you operate a foundation, an association or a social enterprise outside or inside the Province of Quebec, if you handle personal information of Quebec residents, whether the contact details of your customers who are natural persons, your donors, volunteers, members, administrators and beneficiaries, the contents of employee files, information collected by a website, photos, videos, etc, Law 25 is now in force, and sets out concrete obligations, backed up by penalties. In the event of a complaint, access request or privacy incident such as a cyber attack, you need to know what to do.

Our comprehensive coaching program will enable you to achieve, in a collegial manner, autonomy in meeting your obligations and in the implementation of complete and adapted documentation, to prove your compliance with privacy requirements.  Each module is hosted live by Mtre Natacha Boivin, partner and lawyer at DS Lawyers Canada LLP, and includes an interactive webinar and a group question-and-answer period to clarify your grey areas.

All sessions are offered in both synchronous and asynchronous mode. If you can’t attend on the scheduled dates, watch the recording the next day and prepare your questions for the group Q&A session.
