Alexandre Normandin-Lussier brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in business law, starting his career in sales and acquisitions, financing, real estate transactions, corporate reorganizations, drafting of commercial agreements, and offering legal advice to directors and shareholders of companies from several industries.
He also assists French and European companies with their business projects, establishment, and growth in Canada. He does the same for Canadian companies with their business projects, establishment, and expansion into France and Europe.
Finally, Alexandre is part of the Quebec-France working group. Its objective is to support French companies looking to set up in Quebec, and or have business objectives in North America, and or assist Quebec companies looking to set up in France.
