Farhan Ahmed

Biography

Farhan is a corporate lawyer in the Calgary office.

Farhan practices primarily in the areas of capital markets, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities regulatory compliance. Farhan has experience assisting public and private companies in various stages of the business lifecycle on a broad range of matters and transactions.

Farhan received his Bachelor of Kinesiology in Sports Performance with distinction from the University of Alberta in 2018 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary in 2022. In his spare time, Farhan enjoys weight training, running, and golfing.
