Calgary, February 8, 2024 — DS Lawyers congratulates two lawyers from its Calgary office who have agreed to become partners, Lindsay Amantea and Adil Hirji.
Ms. Amantea’s practice focuses primarily on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, banking and financing, and complex estate planning and administration for business owners. Mr. Hirji practises in the areas of securities, public offerings and listings on all Canadian exchanges, corporate financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Both are gifted problem solvers who consistently perform for their clients.
