Biography
Divya Patel is a lawyer in the corporate law group.
She practices primarily in the area of financing, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate reorganizations. Due to Divya’s multi-jurisdictional practice, she is involved in all aspects of cross-border transactions.
As Divya is also heavily involved in the fast-paced world of transformative technology such as blockchain, AI and smart contracts, she advises clients on the legal and regulatory developments in the technology sector.
