Frédéric Vachon

Biography

Frédéric Vachon practises at the DS Lawyers office in Montréal. His expertise is mainly focused on transactions, involving complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and business financing. His practice also touches on the various aspects of negotiating and drafting commercial agreements. 

Frédéric was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Ottawa, where he graduated with distinction. He also participated in an exchange program at the LSE Law School in England (specializing in commercial law), and completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in international business at Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business. Frédéric’s background and experience give him extensive expertise and insight into the issues facing his clients.

His ability to simplify complex issues and understand the realities of entrepreneurs serves him well as both a lawyer and a business advisor.
