Isabelle Grondin is a lawyer with the Business Law group at the Québec City office. She joined the firm in the summer of 2021 as an articling student and then as an associate lawyer, after being called to the Bar in February 2022.
Isabelle focuses her practice on transactional law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganization, and corporate financing. Isabelle holds a Bachelor of Laws degree, International Profile, from Laval University. During her studies, she participated in the business law program at Bucerius Law School in Germany where she obtained a Certificate in Management & Leadership for Lawyers.
