Toshrina Ameikha Ramsagur

Biography

Ameikha practices as a lawyer within the litigation team at the Montreal office Her practice focuses on drafting, conducting legal research and appearing in court.

Before joining DS Avocats, she completed her articling with a regional law firm, where she gained expertise in insurance law, municipal law, and labor law. She also undertook a legal internship within the litigation and regulatory affairs team of a financial institution.

Ameikha holds a bachelor's degree in neuroscience and international studies. Subsequently, she pursued her legal studies at the Université de Montréal, participating in several case competitions and being deeply involved within the Pro Bono team through her contributions to a legal clinic at a community organization dedicated to women's rights and her role as coordinator of the Immigration and Refugee project. She also completed a legal internship with a community organization focusing on consumer rights, assisting in research and drafting a report on influencer marketing.
